Nope, we are not amateurs. Each shirt is custom printed just for you. For the highest quality shirt we make sure we do each shirt individually in one of our warehouses. We ship from multiple states so your order is on it’s way. Depending on how busy we are your order will take 4-14 business days to arrive at your door.

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email orders@TheBestStore.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.

If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Not really, we’re pretty set with our awesome designs. But if you really think you’re idea is better than ours then send it over to ideas@TheBestStore.com if we want to make it, we will pay you Cold Hard American Cash + You’ll get one of the shirts yourself. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.

Our bad… but there’s so much awesome going around that sometimes orders are mixed up or too much patriotism goes through the printers and they spazz a little – kind of like SJW when you argue with facts. If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, please contact us at returns@TheBestStore.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake! Typically we will send you a replacement shirt, and pay for you to send the defective / incorrect shirt back to us.

So you’ve lost your patriotism… we recommend moving to some socialist utopia where everything is free, before you do that, our returns are super simple! Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges within 30 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds especially since you won’t need that cash your new socialist empire. It will go back onto the credit card that placed the order. If you want to send a return, please email returns@TheBestStore.com.

Include the packing slip with the following information:
- The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
- Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”

-Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the US Postal Service, as we find they have the most affordable rates. But you can ship it via any major carrier.
-We do not charge a restocking fee.

Why you would want to exchange a shirt is beyond us, our shirts are the best. But Unworn / unwashed items may be exchanged for another item using the following instructions. Email returns@TheBestStore.com and you will receive a return number and shipping instructions. We recommend keeping both shirts but don’t worry we make the process super easy!

Include a note (or, ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:
- The order number, or the name or email address of the purchaser.
- The Return number that you were provided
- What shirts & sizes (don't forget to say whether you want men's or women's sizes) you want in exchange. You may also exchange for a different design.
- Sizes available are women's Small through XL & men's Small through 2XL. The men's XXL is $2.00, other than that, shirts are exchanged shirt for shirt.
- The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.
- Re-Shipping Fee are the same for exchanges.

First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.

For international orders you are given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package. Sorry!

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

Absolutely! we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates…. We thank you for your service.

No matter how much freedom is in the package, your country still wants their cut. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with TheBestStore.com, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

Yes, we ship internationally for Trump supporters all around the world. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at orders@TheBestStore.com with your location and we will get it fixed. We don’t ship to some high risk countries… you know who you are.

We accept payment by all major credit cards. If you're a caveman (or cave lady) without a credit card we suggest going outside and joining society – also vote…. For Trump.

Yes, if you contact returns@TheBestStore.com within 24 hours of placing your order you may cancel or change the order. If the order has already shipped, we do have a 100% money back guarantee.
